The location was incredible and lovely, and we could reach City Walls by walking. The staff team was attentive and exceptionally welcoming.
The area was underwhelming.

Fab location so close to the restaurant, the centre, and Chester, only 5 minutes walk from Chester Rows. Easy check-in, late check-out, fine room with coffee, a good breakfast, for instance.

Brilliant location, 5 minutes' walk to Chester Rows. Set in a domestic area close to main city centre, Chester, and everything, restaurant's, shops and bars. The breakfasts for Soy milk.

Perfect for a weekend getaway
They even offered a fridge and coffee making stuff which I appreciated.
It wasn't a bargain but still acceptable for what you get.

The hotel is in a prime location, perfect for exploring Chester with numerous nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though housekeeping missed the mark on cleaning. The breakfast buffet wasn't ideal with limited selections. A nice stay.

The Superior Room with 2 queen beds was quite comfortable, providing ample space for us to relax and unwind after a long day exploring. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the poached eggs, a must-try! The friendly staff were always around to help.
The room could have been a bit cooler.

Comfortable stay with friendly service
We enjoyed our stay, particularly the cute staff who allowed us to drop our bags early. Although the pillows could use improvement, the restful nights made up for it. Don't miss the discounted bar drinks! Remember to check local parking options beforehand for convenience.
